We are Rob and Chelsea and we are local real estate investors and property managers in Southwest Missouri. We own rentals in Dade, Greene and Lawrence County and are steadily expanding our portfolio. We opened up Kennedy Property Management as we already manage our own portfolio and have proven systems in place. We understand the market and it was a natural, easy step to begin offering the same streamlined, efficient management to other local owners. 

Between the two of us, we cover every side of real estate. Chelsea is licensed in Missouri and has worked as a successful Realtor and leasing agent for MetroHousing LLC where she helped manage over 250 rental properties. She understands rent comps, value-add upgrades, ARV calculations and how to make a property perform financially. Numbers, strategy and organization are her speciality.

Rob brings the hands on expertise. He owned a highly successful excavation and concrete company in Australia for over 20 years. He has overseen complete rebuilds of our own properties and can handle everything from simple maintenance requests to foundation repair. Our skill sets together bring both sides of property management under one roof.
